Filter and Textiles

Kardo Tejarat Pars Company, as a reliable business partner of the most reputable Chinese manufacturers, provides the best proposal for all types of imported filters and fabrics used by industries, by analyzing the working and environmental conditions of the filtration system and the type of final product.

Filter Bag: Non-woven Polyester:

The most important features of these fibers are suitable elasticity, dimensional stability, high abrasion resistance, and high resistance to mineral and organic acids. These types of filters are used across a wide range of industries, from cement to electric furnaces. Polyester can also be produced in an antistatic form, which is relevant for environments where ignition is possible due to sparking.

Woven Fiberglass:

Woven fiberglass fabric has a high coverage capacity and good air permeability, resulting in higher filtration efficiency and good heat resistance. It is widely used for dust collection in industries such as carbon black, steel and non-ferrous metal processing, cement industry, chemical plants, power plants, and more.

Non-woven PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Fabric:

This material has acid-alkali resistance and is virtually insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, PTFE fabric has high heat resistance and a low coefficient of friction.

Non-woven Acrylic (PAN):

The primary application of these fibers is in dryers, electric furnaces, aluminum reduction furnaces, and primary and secondary melting furnaces. The chemical resistance of these fibers against most mineral and organic acids is acceptable. These fibers are superior to polyamide and polyester fibers in resisting acids, but they are weaker in alkaline environments compared to most fibers (except for natural protein fibers like silk and wool). Overall, Acrylics have good resistance in acidic environments, against hydrolysis, and to high temperatures./p>

Non-woven Aramid, Nomex:

Aramid filters have high resistance in the temperature range of 210 degrees Celsius. The main applications of this type of filter are in dust collection systems with very high abrasion, electric arc furnaces, high-temperature dryers, Cupola furnaces, and high-temperature chemical applications. This type of fabric has good resistance in most alkaline environments. The performance of these fibers against most organic solvents is suitable. These filter bags are also supplied under the trade name (Nomex).

PPS Fabric:

PPS PPS has good chemical stability, a wide temperature range, better radiation resistance, and low permeability.

Features :

  • Excellent acid and alkali resistance
  • High temperature: $190-220$ degrees Celsius
  • High-Efficiency Filtration
  • Suitable for filtering sulfur fumes or sulfur oxides in fuel
  • Suitable for high humidity, high concentration, and chemical-containing flue dust.

P84 Filter:

Good temperature resistance. Maximum temperature is $280$ degrees Celsius.
Long lifespan: It can be used for over $6,000$ hours in high-temperature environments, cement kilns, waste incineration, and power plants.
